Today’s episode of 10 Sept 2019 Kasauti Zindagi Ki starts as we see the doctor advise Prerna to live Anurag’s hand and move away. She later meets up with Shivani who blames Prerna for the condition which Anurag is in. On hearing this Prerna slaps Shivani and asks her not to blame her.
Shivani tells Prerna what she saw at the accident site and tells her that Bajaj is responsible for everything that happened. Prerna is terrified hearing what Shivani had to say.
On the other side, we see Bajaj returning to the accident site to help Anurag but finds out that he was helped and taken to the hospital by some girl. While Shivani tells her Prerna everything in detail. Prerna decides to confront Bajaj about this situation.
We also see Ayushmann Khurana and Nushrat Bharucha come to the Basu house for the promotion of their film Dream Girl.
After some time Bajaj comes home feeling bad to leave Anurag in that condition on the road. He asks Maasiji about Prerna who tells him that she went out running screaming Anurag’s name.
