Today’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 29 April episode begins with Moloy opening his eyes and the doctors finally giving some good news saying that Moloy’s mind is working. However, they also add that his other body parts are still motionless. Komolika (Hina Khan) comes to Anurag (Parth Samthaan). She tries to come close to him by helping him wear his shirt.
Anurag walks away from her. Komolika fumes in anger thinking that Anurag always avoids her closeness deliberately. She states that she will torture Prerna (Erica Fernandes) the same way she destroyed Moloy. Vikrant comes to meet Prerna and informs her that all the papers are signed. Anurag gets jealous seeing Prerna smiling with Vikrant.
Prerna shows Anurag her edition of the magazine. Anurag tells her that no one will support her magazine as it is similar to his magazine’s cover page. Vikrant tells Prerna that he will do the changes in the magazine. Prerna asks him not to change as she is confident that Anurag is trying to fool her. Anurag asks his manager to change the index page of his magazine because he knew that Prerna will never believe him.
Komolika calls a person and hires him to kill Prerna. The doctor calls Mohini and informs that Moloy is out of his coma state and after hearing this Komolika gets shocked. The written update of 29 April 2019 Kasautii Zindagii Kay episode ends here.
