In today’s Koffee With Karan episode, the OG Kapoor cousins spill the beans on the couch. The hard-working Arjun Kapoor and soon mom-to-be Sonam Kapoor sizzle on the couch. Karan Johar asks Sonam Kapoor about her pregnancy life and how she feels. She describes that the initial 3 months were tough and that now she is enjoying it. Karan asks Arjun about he coming out publicly about her body transformation and why he felt the need to do it. Arjun says that he had a lazy phase in his life, where he disappointed himself as an actor and also the audience. He had to bring forward himself as a hardworking actor and showcase his talent so he came out open about it. Karan then asks Arjun about his relation with Malaika and how his family reacted to it. He said that he took baby steps and he eased his relation and did not force anyone to accept it. Karan revealed that Malaika also met Arjun’s grandmother.
Then in Koffee With Karan, Karan plays a game called troll your sibling, where both of them have to pick each card and ask the question. Sonam asks Arjun as to what annoys him most about her. He tells that she doesn’t wait for anyone to compliment her, she is her own vanity. She tells that that comes from being Anil Kapoor’s daughter. Arjun asks Sonam as to what is his biggest flaw. She answers that he is over-sensitive which is not good in the industry. Sonam reveals that Arjun has slept with her friends. Then it’s the Rapid fire round. Karan introduces Arjun and Sonam to the jury and turns the jaguar light. Arjun goes first. Arjun is asked as to how is Malaika’s number saved in his phone. He adds that he really likes his name therefore it is saved as it is. He is asked as who is the better actor Arjun or Sonam. He answers that, right now he is a better and hard-working actor.
Lastly in Koffee With Karan, it’s Sonam Kapoor’s time to be rapid and fiery. Sonam is asked as to who is the best actress and actor. She answers that for her Anil Kapoor is the best actor. Karan Johar rejects her answer and tells her that she is not sitting in Juhu. Then she is asked who is the over-rated actress. Sonam being Sonam changes the question and answer that she feels that Bhumi, Kiara and Kriti are the under-rated actress. Karan and Arjun are shocked that Sonam don’t know who is the director of Ek-Villian and neither she is aware about the name of the film Ranbir is doing, she guesses it as Shiva No.1. Then jury votes Arjun as a winner. Then in the final glam buzzer round they answer movies of Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor. Later the call their industry friends to gain more points. Arjun Kapoor wins this round as well and gets the gift. Lastly the sign the mugs and keep on the podium.
