The episode of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi starts with Dev coming to see Soha. He sees that Soha is sleeping, so he kisses her on the forehead. Soha wakes up and asks why he came home late last night. Dev says he was busy and just came now to wish her good morning. Dev asks Soha to get ready for school as he will drop Soha at school. Soha hugs Dev and says he is the best father in the world. Dev gets ready. Sonakshi asks Dev what he can do next. Dev says they cannot change the past so they have to accept it and move on. Sonakshi says they have to make a decision and until then they should not inform Ishwari about it, or she might get tensed.
Soha gets ready and comes to them with Ishwari. Soha tells Sonakshi that she has written an essay. Sonakshi says she has some important things to do. Ishwari asks them to hear the essay. Soha reads the essay. Dev gets a call from the hospital. The nurse informs Dev that Mr. Rohit is no more. Dev worries. Sonakshi worries about Dev’s reaction. Soha asks Sonakshi why she is crying. Sonakshi says she liked Soha’s essay and those are tears of happiness.
Dev and Sonakshi go to meet Rohit’s family. Rohit’s father thanks Dev for all the things he did for Rohit’s last rites. Sonakshi asks where Ayush is. Rohit’s mother says Ayush is sleeping in his room and they can go meet him. Dev-Sonakshi goes into Rohit’s bedroom and gets emotional seeing Ayush.
Rohit’s parents apologise to Dev-Sonakshi and say that they made a big mistake. They say that they always wanted their daughter-in-law to deliver a son. Sonakshi asks them if Ayush knows everything. They say that they couldn’t tell Ayush, but have to tell him. Dev says will come by tomorrow to take Ayush.
Later, Dev-Sonakshi returns home and tells everything to Ishwari. Ishwari thinks there might be some mistake. Dev says there is no mistake. Ishwari asks Sonakshi how she couldn’t identify her baby. Sonakshi says when Soha came into her arms she felt that she had got her whole world.
After some time, Dev sees that Ishwari is trying to massage her legs. He takes oil and massages on her legs. Dev says he wants to change some of his habits. Ishwari says Dev has to change as the situation will change too.
