The episode of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi starts with Ishwari applying cloth with cold water on his forehead. Sonakshi comes and tells Ishwari Shub has gone to sleep. She asks Ayush if he wants to hear a story. Ishwari asks Ayush to take some rest. Sonakshi asks if Ayush wants to drink milkshakes. Ayush gets happy. Ishwari says it is unhealthy and should not give it to Ayush when he is sick. Ishwari says if Sonakshi doesn’t know then she should ask elders about it. Ayush gets upset. Sonakshi feels bad, she leaves after wishing Ayush, good night.
Radha is sleeping beside Soha. She sees Ishwari sitting beside Ayush, so she goes to her and asks her to take a rest for some time, and till then she will sit beside Ayush. Ishwari agrees and leaves. Radha sits beside Ayush and goes to sleep. Ayush dreams about Ishwari saying she will change his name. He wakes up and leaves the house.
In the morning, Sonakshi comes to meet Ayush and learns that Ayush is not in his bed. Dev goes to search for Ayush. Ishwari comes there and learns that Ayush is not there in his bed. She asks Radha where did Ayush go. Radha says Ayush was sleeping beside her only and must be somewhere in the house. Dev comes and says Ayush is nowhere in the house. Radha cries and says it’s her mistake, she did not take care of Ayush. Dev and Sonakshi leave in search of Ayush.
Meanwhile, Baldev consoles Ishwari and says somewhere it’s her mistake too. He says Sonakshi came to meet Ayush, but Ishwari did not let her meet Ayush. Baldev says no one would like to stay in a house where they cannot have peace. Ishwari feels guilty.
Dev, Sonakshi, Bojay, Vicky and Alena keep searching for Ayush. Bojay asks Sonakshi to return home and look after Shub and Soha too. Sonakshi returns home, she hugs Shub and cries. Alena comes and consoles Sonakshi that they will find Ayush.
Dev goes to Mr. Verma and asks if Ayush has come there. Mr & Mrs. Verma worries. Dev says Ayush has been missing since morning and they are trying their best to search for him. Dev says he informed the commissioner and asks them to help. The inspector comes there with Ayush. Dev asks Ayush where he was and if he is okay. The inspector says Ayush was sitting under a pipe that is next to the garden.
Dev thanks the inspector for their help. Mr. Verma says Ayush is back at his house and therefore Dev can leave the house. Dev stands shocked.
