The Episode starts with Aliya telling Abhi that Rhea tried to commit suicide and blames Prachi. Aliya says that she showed Rhea this video and she felt like she is losing Ranbir and took a step like this. Song Intehaa plays… Ranbir looks at Prachi. Ranbir comes close to Prachi and says a guy makes a girl wear a ring on this finger because the veins of this finger go to the heart. Ranbir says that he will never break her heart and his love will never get less. Ranbir gets a call. Pallavi asks him to come to the hospital. Ranbir tells Prachi that Rhea tried to commit suicide. Ranbir promises to return to her and leaves. Pallavi blames herself and says that she knew about Rhea’s feelings and yet she was silent. Pallavi thinks she should have told everyone.
Pallavi says if Maya had not come then Ranbir and Prachi would have got married. Ranbir hears it. Pallavi blames Prachi for ruining her family. Abhi is thinking of his moments with Rhea. Abhi asks the nurse to call the doctor as he thinks that Rhea is not okay. Tai ji tells Aliya that if she would have shared everything with them before, then this wouldn’t have happened. Aliya says she was about to lose Rhea and blames Prachi. Prachi thinks there is a problem in Rhea’s life. Pallavi asks Ranbir not to meet Prachi. Ranbir asks Pallavi, that they used to like Prachi, then why is she saying all this. Ranbir tells Pallavi about his feelings for Prachi. Pallavi slaps Ranbir.
