The episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with Abhi telling Pragya that she can’t compare Tanu and Meera, as Meera is very sweet and always took care of Rhea. Abhi says that Meera is not a gold digger like Tanu and asks Pragya not to insult Meera saying all that.
Pragya asks Abhi the reason for him getting married to Meera. Pragya asks Abhi if he loves Meera or Pragya is the reason why he agreed to marry Meera.
Abhi says that he made a decision because of Pragya and she couldn’t give her love to Rhea and complained against her in the police station. Pragya says that she never made an FIR against her daughter.
Abhi says that the inspector told him that Pragya filed a complaint against Rhea. Pragya says that she did not. Abhi asks Pragya then why she did not get Prachi and gets Rhea out of jail. Pragya says that she went home to take Prachi and then they went to the police station to free Rhea. But till then, Abhi freed Rhea from the police station.
Abhi says that Aliya is right. Pragya only loves Prachi and thinks about protecting Prachi and not Rhea. Abhi says that Rhea is his daughter and not Pragya’s. Pragya gets shocked.
Abhi says that Prachi is Pragya’s daughter and Rhea is his daughter. Pragya asks if Abhi wants to tell her anything. Abhi says that he wants to invite Pragya for his engagement which is on the day after tomorrow. Pragya says that she is happy that Abhi is trying to get rid of her and says that she will come to his engagement. Pragya leaves expecting that Abhi will come and hug her.
Abhi also leaves expecting that Pragya will come, and hug him.
Pragya gets shattered thinking about Abhi’s marriage and cries on the road.
Pragya returns home. Sarita Behen asks Pragya what Abhi said. Pragya shouts at Sarita Behen and then apologizes for her rudeness.
Later, Dadi asks Abhi to rethink his decision. Abhi says he will get engaged in two days and get married a week later.
