The episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with Pragya appreciating Baljeet Dadi and says that Dadi did her part well. Rhea says that Dadi is very smart and knows how to convince Tanu. Prachi says Dadi will be saving Abhi from Tanu’s trap. Dadi asks Pragya to go inside and not be with her, or Tanu might suspect them. Dadi says she will get shagun chunri for Tanu. Rhea says Dadi was not ready to be a part of their plan, but now she is only leading their plan. Pragya says Dadi loves Abhi and also believes that Pragya will not let anything happen to Abhi.
Meanwhile, Ranbir and Aryan argue. Ranbir is angry with Aryan as he informed him later about the new twist, Dadi asking Tanu to marry Abhi. Aliya tells Tanu that she hates Tanu and will not let her marry Abhi. Abhi thinks Aliya’s acting is real and will make Tanu believe that they are not making any plan against Tanu. Abhi takes Tanu in a corner and asks what did she tell Dadi that she agreed to her and wants him to marry Tanu. Abhi gets angry. Tanu thinks if it would be Pragya’s plan then Abhi would get happy as whatever they wanted is happening. Tanu sees Abhi angry which also means that Dadi is on her side.
Dadi does all the preparation and starts the Roka ceremony. Dadi gives shagun chunri to Tanu and completes the ritual. Dadi asks Tanu if she is happy. Tanu smiles. The media congratulates Tanu and asks her what she will do next. Dadi says after 2 days Abhi-Tanu will get engaged, then haldi, sangeet and later their marriage. Dadi thanks the reporters and asks them to leave. Dadi says she will show Tanu her room. Aliya stops Tanu and says Tanu manipulated Dadi. Pragya signs Rhea and asks her to take Aliya away. Ranbir notices everything.
Rhea takes Aliya away and says she is aware of whatever is happening and it’s all a part of their plan. Rhea asks Aliya to co-operate with them. Ranbir takes Prachi’s phone and blackmails her to tell him what is happening. Prachi tells Ranbir about their plan.
