The episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with the peon Harish asking Abhi if he works for Pragya. Abhi says yes. Harish gives him some files and asks him to keep them in the basement. Abhi agrees. Harish says he will show Abhi the way towards the basement. Pragya checks the papers and says that she is not sure about the paper so she will check it with her lawyer and then decide. Gaurav asks Pragya if she doesn’t trust her business partner. Pragya says she made a deal with Gautam before and had some paper issues. Pragya goes to check some other files. Gaurav mixes something in Pragya’s coffee. Pragya says they are not relatives, they are just business partners so she cannot trust anyone. Pragya says she will check the paper and sign it later. Gaurav agrees and leaves.
Pallavi asks Rhea where the prescription is. Rhea says she kept it near the window and it flew away. Pallavi asks Rhea how she can be so careless. Rhea says she will call the doctor and asks him to forward it. Dida asks Pallavi to calm down. Rhea video calls the doctor. Pallavi says she cannot calm until Vikram’s health will not get proper. Prachi comes there and says Vikram is fine, he was suffocating as he went on walk 3 times. Pallavi asks Prachi who asked her to be a doctor. Pallavi says Vikram missed his 1st dose and so he is unwell. Prachi says she gave him the 1st dose.
Pallavi gets shocked and asks Prachi how can randomly give the dose to Vikram without the prescription. Prachi says she remembered when the doctor was explaining the dose to the nurse and gave him the similar was. Pallavi calls her educated illiterate. Prachi mentions the medicine’s colour and its timings. The doctor on video call hears everything and says Prachi gave the 1st dose right. The doctor tells Pallavi that they should not let Vikram walk more.
Pallavi thanks the doctor and goes to meet Vikram. Vikram says he is fine. Pallavi calls Prachi and asks her to give him Vikram’s next medicine. Prachi gives the medicine to Vikram and asks him to rest. Pallavi blesses Prachi and says Vikram’s health is fine just because of Prachi, as she gave the dose on time. Pallavi tells Rhea she gave that work to her but she did not do it and Prachi did the work even though she did not ask her to do it.
Harish takes Abhi to the basement and asks him to keep the files. Harish locks Abhi inside the basement and recollects Gautam asking him to lock Abhi into the basement. Rhea thinks Prachi did the same to her before and is doing the same again. Rhea says she will not let Prachi win this time.
