The episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with Abhi saying he thought that the marriage can be terminated anytime, but for Pragya, this marriage was a lifetime commitment. Abhi says he will start his new life with his contract marriage. He says that other people will take this marriage wrongly but he will take it seriously and will try to search his happiness into this marriage. Abhi says he has become like Pragya. Abhi takes sindoor and fills in Pragya’s forehead. Pragya gets emotional.
Prachi comes to her room. Ranbir asks her what happened, is everything okay. Prachi says she is okay and is very happy. Ranbir asks Prachi why she ran like that. Prachi says she went behind Rhea and she thought Rhea was upset. Ranbir asks Prachi if Rhea is okay. Prachi says Rhea is not feeling well and is resting. Prachi says Rhea called her sister and even hugged her. Prach says Rhea feels like her Maika when she is around. Ranbir gets happy and says that since they have arrived everyone is happy with them. Prachi smiles. Soni comes and informs her that the flowers have arrived. Prachi tells Ranbir that today is Janmashtami and Pallavi has given her all the responsibility. Ranbir says Janmashtami is Dida’s favourite festival and so she asked Pallavi to give that responsibility to Prachi.
Sushma wipes the sindoor which fell on Pragya’s hand and says that this marriage is already done so Abhi doesn’t have to do all this. Tani asks Sushma not to get senti about it, as it was just a formality. Tanu asks Pragya to sign the contract papers. Sushma says Pragya and Abhi are legally married so there is no need for any contract. Aliya says the contract is to safeguard their interest. She says Abhi and Pragya don’t want to be in the relationship but are marking a contract, so the paperwork is to remind them about the contract that after 6 months their contract will get over.
Pragya goes to sign the papers. Abhi asks Pragya to think before deciding whether the decision is about him. Pragya says when Abhi agrees with Tanu’s deal and is ready to get sold, then he should not ask her to think about the contract. Abhi and Pragya sign the contract.
