The episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with Pallavi saying that love can happen to anyone but marriage should happen with a well-cultured girl. Dida says the family doesn’t matter more and the girl’s values do. Dida says both are Pragya’s daughters and if Ranbir would have married Rhea then he would have married a cultured girl but he married Prachi, how can Prachi become uncultured. Pallavi says for a mother one child cannot be important. She says a mother cannot sacrifice another child’s needs for her one child. She says she doesn’t have a complaint with Pragya but has problems with Prachi. Pallavi says Prachi knew that Rhea loves Ranbir, yet she betrayed her sister and got married to Ranbir, the shocking thing was Pragya’s support.
Vikram says that Ranbir can marry someone by his choice but due to Prachi, his and Abhi’s friendship got ruined and now thinks that someone’s reflection is such that they can ruin the entire family. Dida asks them not to talk much about Prachi as she is their Bahu. Pallavi says Rhea is also their Bahu and she should also get all the rights. Ranbir says if they are talking about the rights then he has the right to take a stand for his wife and will not listen to anything more against Prachi. Ranbir says Rhea always said that Prachi is bad but she did not realise that their family is together due to Prachi. Ranbir says where Prachi should get all the respect of Bahu, she was insulted and thrown out of that house.
Ranbir says if he would be at Prachi’s place then he would have never returned to that house after his insult. He says he was not ready to come to this house but Prachi convinced him to come. He says Prachi is the one who told him that Rhea has changed and they all can live together. Ranbir says he had a doubt that his family will never accept Prachi and they made it clear today. Ranbir says he cannot live in the house where his family keeps insulting his wife and leaves. Rhea stops him and says that Ranbir loved her but Prachi snatched Ranbir from him. Ranbir says that he proposed to Rhea but she gave him a challenge that if he will make Prachi fall for him and then break her heart then she will accept him. Ranbir says he did the same and went close to Prachi and fell in love with her. Ranbir says Rhea does everything for herself while Prachi takes care of everyone. Ranbir apologises to Prachi.
Rhea starts yelling at Prachi and talks bad about Pragya. Prachi stops her and says Ranbir did not ditch Rhea, Rhea did everything to herself. She says Rhea gave her the condition why she will have to sacrifice her love or she would separate Abhi and Pragya. Prachi says she cannot believe that a daughter can try to separate her parents. She says the parents shouldn’t have a child rather than getting a child-like Rhea. Ranbir says he hates Rhea and hopes he doesn’t see her face again.
Rhea asks Ranbir not to leave her as she loves him. Ranbir leaves with Prachi. Rhea shouts no… Back to reality, Rhea realises that she was just dreaming. Prachi asks Rhea what happened. Rhea says she is fine and goes into her room. Rhea calls Aliya and tells her that she cannot forget that Pragya is treating Abhi as her servant. Aliya says they all are planning to ruin Pragya and Rhea should come into their team. Aliya says that the best way to hurt Pragya is by hurting Prachi. She says if Prachi will be in pain then Pragya will also be in pain. Aliya asks Rhea to focus on separating Prachi and Ranbir.
