Aliya tells Rhea that she will make sure Nick isn’t caught before he regains consciousness, and that she shouldn’t worry about Sahana because she isn’t a huge issue. Pallavi overhears them and inquires about Sahana, why they fell silent as soon as she entered, and what they are concealing. Rhea claims that Shahana is acting as if she is passing out. Pallavi wonders why she would do such a thing. Aliya claims she only wanted to draw their focus away from Nick and to her. Pallavi wonders why this is the case. Rhea speculates that Prachi’s turmoil is a result of her desire to be closer to Ranbir. Pallavi wonders why Prachi would jeopardise her life. Aliya dismisses this as unimportant and departs to check on Nick.
Vikram has a hard time dragging Nick away from his comatose state. Ranbir approaches him with Prachi and informs him that he has already contacted the police. Vikram claims he did everything correctly. Ranbir claims he doesn’t want the cops to arrive because the person who hired Nick must be very wealthy and may bribe them to let Nick go, so he wants to find out who the culprit is through Nick and then let Nick go. That is the police’s responsibility, according to Prachi, and they should not keep Nick here. Ranbir claims that someone is trying to kill Prachi within the house, that he cannot trust anyone, and that he wants to know who is trying to kill her. Prachi becomes emphatic, claiming that Nick is a professional criminal who may hurt them, and that keeping him here is unsafe. Ranbir claims that the risk is for the assailant who intends to harm her, and that he will question Nick before releasing him. Vikram defends Ranbir, claiming that they don’t know if Nick intended to kill only Prachi or others as well. Rhea is hoping Nick will not wake up.
Ranbir gets a rope from Rhea and ties Nick to a pillar with it. Pallavi declares that she is exhausted and retires to her room. Vikram is sent to rest by Ranbir. Vikram advises Ranbir to safeguard Prachi while allowing him to keep an eye on Nick. Ranbir agrees and invites Prachi to accompany him. Aliya tells Rhea that she would give Vikram sleeping drugs and then release Nick after he falls asleep. Rhea tells Vikram not to be tense and goes to get him some water. Nick is told by Vikram that whoever hired her would understand what Prachi means to Ranbir. Prachi is escorted to her room by Ranbir. They are both uncomfortably sitting apart. Ranbir inquires if he may sleep there, then uncomfortably admits that he knows he shouldn’t and corrects the bed for Prachi. He then tears and emotionally hugs her. Prachi sheds tears as well. Aliya dissolves the sleeping medication in water, which Rhea then gives to Vikram. Vikram expresses his gratitude to her. While she and Aliya are watching Nick, Rhea insists on him relaxing on a couch. Vikram nods off on the couch. Aliya asks Rhea to keep the water glass while she goes and frees Nick. Ranbir watches Rhea releasing Nick’s rope and inquires as to why she is doing so. Prachi, lying in bed, remembers Ranbir’s concern for her and his determination to question Nick, and goes outside to investigate. Rhea is the one who hired Nick to kill Prachi, according to Ranbir, and she has a motto to kill Prachi. Rhea accuses him of thinking twice before saying and claims she can doubt even him; she dislikes Prachi and Prachi dislikes her; she sees Prachi as a competition, which is usual between two sisters. She claims that Ranbir used to flirt with girls, and she wonders how he would feel if she judged him for his casanova behaviour; she claims that she and Prachi are daughters of the same parents, and that they would never harm each other; Prachi fought with her when she was married to Ranbir, but she saved her from falling.
She continues her drama by claiming that when Nick walked in, she was tightening Nick’s rope, and that she was frightened about Prachi. Ranbir claims he misread her and reacted based on his observations. She believes he will continue to respond because he is determined to identify the true perpetrator. Prachi is invited in by Ranbir. Pallavi advises Ranbir to focus on Nick and tells Aliya that she should be grateful to Ranbir because she would have been arrested in Nick’s murder case if it hadn’t been for Ranbir’s intervention. Ranbir observes Vikram napping and inquires about his whereabouts. Somebody mentions sleeping medication.
