Sahana begins the episode by pleading with Pallavi not to curse a mother because she is one herself. Pallavi claims to be a mother, but not to Prachi, and that she will never be one. Prachi intercepts Sahana just as she is about to say anything. Prachi requests Sahana not to inform anybody about her pregnancy because she wants to tell Ranbir that she is expecting his kid and that no one else should know. Don’t worry, Sahana assures you, I’ll keep your secrets to myself. Vikram claims that he was aware of the situation. Nick is thrashed and struck with a vase by Rhea, who wonders why he attacked Ranbir. Nick claims that Tony assaulted Prachi, but that Ranbir intervened, so please forgive me and return my money and Preeti to me.
Aliya agrees to hand up money to him. Rhea informs her that she must return to the hospital. Aliya sends her a message. Aliya gives Nick the money and Preethi. She tells them to get out of here. Preethi inquires as to what she will say about herself to others. Aliya says I’ll inform everyone that you’re on leave and that you can return once everything is in order. Vikram inquires as to what they wish to keep hidden from everyone. They can get him to say something. Vikram begs them to forgive Pallavi if she has hurt them in any way and to understand Pallavi’s situation. Prachi assures them that they will understand. He walks away. Prachi informs Sahana that she is in agony and asks her to see whether there is a gynaecologist in the hospital.
Pallavi is consoled by Vikram, who assures her that nothing will happen to her son Ranbir. Dida makes her way to the hospital. She requests that Vikram arrange for her to meet Ranbir. He informs Ranbir that he is being treated. The doctor arrives and informs them that Ranbir is no longer in danger. They are on their way to meet Ranbir. Prachi is examined by the doctor. She inquires as to why Prachi is so negligent with her child. Prachi inquires about the baby’s well-being. The doctor thinks the baby is fine, but I don’t think so with you. Prachi claims that I fell due to circumstances beyond my control. Prachi is advised by the doctor to avoid stress and to live with a friend if she is having problems with her spouse or in-laws. Prachi concurs.
Ranbir sees members of his family. He looks for Prachi. Pallavi sobs when she sees him. Ranbir instructs her not to cry. Ranbir pulls a trick and claims that hearing their comments causes him pain. Pallavi and Deda request that the doctor examine it. They realise afterwards that he is playing a practical joke on them. Prachi is the subject of Ranbir’s inquiry. Pallavi claims she isn’t here, and Rhea is concerned for his safety. When Rhea arrives at the hospital, she requests that a nurse apply a band-aid to her wound. Alia subsequently visits the hospital and phones Rhea to inquire about her whereabouts. Rhea claims to be in the hospital, where a nurse is applying a bandage. Rhea recognises Aliya and calls her. Aliya approaches her. The nurse says she’ll contact the doctor, who will write her a prescription. Rhea is concerned about him and that she left without explanation. Prachi is the subject of Ranbir’s inquiry. Pallavi claims to have gone somewhere. She may have also gone to the house, according to Ranbir. It’s wonderful for her since she’s been under a lot of pressure today. Pallavi has stated that she will not abandon her hubby if he is in the hospital. Dida suggests that you tell Rhea because you only consider her your daughter-in-law.
Before the family sees the report, Shahana and Prachi discuss receiving it. Prachi is also advised by Shahana to avoid stress. Ranbir tells Dida that each age has its way of expressing love. Prachi couldn’t have been feeling good. To take care of me, she must first be healthy. Pallavi speculates that Rhea had similar thoughts. Rhea walks into the room. Prachi, according to Ranbir. Ranbir tells Rhea that he is alright and urges her not to cry. When the doctor arrives, he asks if he can be discharged.
