Prachi begins the episode crying and pleading with Maata Rani to save her husband, who is her life and everything to her. Shahana is always listening. She questions Prachi about why she is praying for Ranbir’s safety when he is with Rhea, and she tells her to leave things alone. Prachi hits her across the face. Pallavi claims Ranbir left her for Prachi and only returned because I had a heart attack; otherwise, he might never come back and choose Prachi over me. She also claims she has no idea how Ranbir was attacked at the temple while in Banglore. Prachi, Rhea claims, is aware of what occurred.
The doctor emerges and directs them to the waiting room. Pallavi is informed that Alia would bring water. Prachi tells Shahana that Ranbir means the world to her and wonders how she can tell her this even if she knows she loves him. Shahana asks, “I know you love him, but does he understand how much he means to you?” You are his life, and you have the power to save him. Prachi wonders how she can save him while he is in this situation because of her and he fought for my mangalsutra. Ranbir knows how important the nuptial chain is to you, which is why he saved it, so tell him how much you love him and tell him you’re pregnant with his kid, and his third dream will come true. Prachi will not admit to being Rhea’s husband. Shahana says you’re thinking about yourself, and if something happens to him, you’ll regret it for the rest of your life, so give him hope to fight for his life, and I won’t forgive you if something happens to him, so tell him the truth. Prachi runs to Ranbir’s chamber, touching her stomach.
Alia goes to the hospital to see her men. She invites the Nurse out for a while. She questions why her men haven’t called her. Dheeraj tells her everything. Alia shows Goon a photo of Ranbir. The goon claims to be the one and inquires if he is still alive. Alia claims that you did not abandon him to his fate; he is in this state because of you. Pallavi appears and inquires, “Who?” These two are my drivers, Alia explains, and I’m telling them that their spouses are suffering because of them. Pallavi takes a drink of water. Prachi warns them to get out of the hospital before the cops or the Ranbirs find them. They agree and depart the hospital.
Prachi looks through the glass at Ranbir and apologises to him. Shahana pities her and goes to fetch water for Prachi. Rhea inquires of Alia about Ranbir’s proximity to the temple. Alia tells Rhea that their guys stabbed Ranbir and advises her not to react. Rhea is taken aback. The doctor emerges from surgery. Prachi inquires about seeing him. The doctor tells her no, that the next six hours are vital for Ranbir, and that if he does not regain consciousness in those six hours, he will die. Prachi is taken aback. The doctor advises her not to give up hope. Prachi reflects on her time with Ranbir.
