The episode begins with Rhea admitting Prachi to the hospital and stating that she is her sister on the admissions paperwork. Prachi’s situation is critical, according to the doctor, and they will do everything they can to help her. Prachi is taken to the ward for patients. Rhea thinks about what she did to herself. Nobody can kill Prachi except her, she doesn’t understand if it’s because she’s her sister or because of her ego. Rhea believes that by not killing Prachi directly, she did the right thing since if she did it illegally, she will face prosecution. She now dies legally and believes that fortune is on her side.
She now believes that she is free to keep her condition a secret from her family until she dies. She’ll tell anyone who asks that she told Prachi that Ranbir wants to meet her. If it is discovered that she admitted herself, she would claim that she did not want her family to be concerned because they are already concerned about Ranbir. Prachi needs blood, so the doctor comes out and asks what her blood group is. Rhea claims they are biological sisters, but their blood is different. The doctor instructs the nurse to make contact with the local blood bank. He further claims that if she does not receive blood, she will be in worse danger and that they will do everything possible to help her.
Rhea sits on the seat, her face expressionless. Rhea wipes her emotions away and considers telling Alia the wonderful news. She sees Pallavi and believes she sent me to Prachi, even though I despise Prachi, but it’s all okay because I watched Prachi’s demise due to a natural disaster. Pallavi inquires of Rhea about Prachi. Rhea inquires about her absence. Alia speculates that she may have been trapped in traffic. Pallavi believes she is demonstrating her value by learning that Ranbir wishes to meet her. Rhea promises to meet Ranbir and persuade him to meet everyone. Pallavi concurs.
Alia pulls Rhea aside and inquires as to where Prachi is and why she hasn’t arrived. Rhea claims to be in the ICU of the hospital. Alia inquires if she murdered herself after noticing blood on her clothes. Rhea claims that I’m lucky since Prachi was in an accident and will die this time. Because she is pregnant, the doctor requests that the Nurse not administer a large number of drugs. Prachi, who is unconscious, inquires about her kid. Her baby is well, according to the doctor. He requests that the nurse inform Rhea that Prachi and her baby are doing well.
Vikram dials Prachi’s number. No need to call Pallavi, she says. Rhea inquires as to what transpired. Pallavi claims she will meet Ranbir. They make their way to Ranbir’s room. Pallavi tries to take Ranbir’s mangalsutra from his grip. Vikram begs her to leave because he put his life on the line to save it. Ranbir regains consciousness and inquires about Prachi’s absence. Pallavi claims that, unlike Prachi, we care about you and that we came to meet you. Ranbir claims she will arrive, and she may be having difficulties. He requests that she call him again. Rhea walks out of the room. Rhea is discovered in Ranbir’s room by the nurse. The nurse enters Ranbir’s room and inquires about Rhea.
Prachi informs the doctor that she does not want Rhea to know about her pregnancy. She walks away to confront the nurse. The nurse informs her that she must inform Rhea about Prachi. What is it, Ranbir inquires? Rhea arrives and fears that opening her mouth may expose her. Vikram inquires as to why she came. Rhea explains, “I didn’t inform you about Prachi’s accident because I didn’t want you to be stressed.” Ranbir inquires about her well-being. The nurse claims she arrived to provide good news.
Prachi makes an appearance. Prachi is asked to inform the nurse of the good news. Prachi gradually asks her to keep her pregnancy a secret. She claims to be fine. When Ranbir notices her, he gets up. Because of Rhea, Prachi convinces Ranbir that she is OK. She embraces Rhea. Prachi, according to Rhea, needs to rest. She leads her to a different room. Pallavi claims that Rhea is excellent because she saved Prachi. Prachi is forced to sleep on the bed by Rhea. She tells the nurse to look after her sister and then goes. The doctor informs Ranbir that he will be discharged. Ranbir inquires about Prachi’s room assignment. Prachi’s room is mentioned by Rhea. He approaches her.
