The episode begins with Shahana greeting Prachi and inquiring about her well-being before telling her what Rhea said to her. Prachi informs Shahana about how Rhea came to her rescue. Shahana inquires if this is correct. Prachi claims she is remorseful for saving me and wishes for my death, and she claims we will never be sisters since Ranbir stands between us. Shahana urges her not to cry, that she considers her a sister, and that she will not forgive her if she makes another mistake. Prachi informs Shahana that she would not allow Rhea to get in the way of her relationship with Ranbir. Prachi is summoned by the nurse for a checkup. Prachi instructs Shahana to offer Ranbir mangoes.
Prachi’s presence is felt by Ranbir. The nurse is escorting her to the Doctor’s ward, which he notices. He pursues her to surprise her. Pallavi recalls the words of the Doctor. Rhea approaches Pallavi and inquires as to why she was summoned. Pallavi instructs Rhea to report to the hospital and be near Ranbir. Rhea expresses her desire to remain near him, but he prefers to be with Prachi. She has a strong desire to vomit. She assures Pallavi that she will be fine with a little rest. Pallavi says, “Prachi and Ranbir are alone in the hospital, and I don’t want them to cross the line,” so please take them to the hospital right away. Rhea concurs. Pallavi assures her she’s doing it for her and that she’ll stay with Ranbir and keep Prachi apart. Yes, Rhea says. Pallavi wishes for Ranbir and Prachi to split up.
Prachi is forced to listen to the baby’s heartbeat by the doctor. Hearing the heartbeat makes Prachi joyful, and she exclaims, “My baby is fine.” When Ranbir hears her, he is taken aback and walks out the door, closing it behind him. Ranbir is overcome with emotion as he recalls his previous conversation with Prachi about her pregnancy. He believes Prachi failed to inform him about his impending fatherhood, even though it is his lifelong ambition. Ranbir exclaims with joy that he is about to become a parent. He offers the nurse money and requests that he distribute sweets across the hospital. He wants to know why Prachi kept this critical information from him.
Ranbir approaches the Doctor’s cabin and requests Prachi. Prachi is resting, according to the doctor. Ranbir enters Prachi’s room, crying, and asks why she deceived him with falsehoods and kept her pregnancy from him. Rhea is admitted to the hospital. Her sweet is given by the nurse. Rhea accepts it. He informs Prachi, who is sound asleep, that he has heard their baby’s heartbeat. He apologises for yelling at her and expresses gratitude for helping him realise his dream. He asks her to say anything to him. Prachi was unable to move. He is concerned and calls the doctor. Prachi is fine, and she is sleeping heavily due to a sleeping pill, and your wife and baby are fine, according to the nurse. Ranbir sits next to Prachi, clutching her hand.
