He admits that bringing Rhea into his life was a mistake, and the NGO ladies advise Rhea to stay away from Ranbir. Ranbir expresses regret for not recognising his error sooner. Ranbir is a good guy, according to the inspector, so he can be exempted from the false charges. Prachi is instructed to contact the NGO ladies if she requires assistance.
