Today’s Kundali Bhagya 18 July episode begins with Karan (Dheeraj Dhoopar) speaking to the doctor. He asked the doctor if Mahesh would survive the accident. The doctor said that Mahesh had a minimum chance of survival. Preeta (Shraddha Arya) reached the hospital looking for Mahesh. Prithvi was hiding and observing everything that was happening. He got worried about seeing Preeta in the hospital.
When she met the Luthra family, Rishabh asked Preeta to leave. The Luthra’s began berating Preeta and blaming her for what happened to Mahesh. They said this because Preeta was the last person to meet Mahesh. Preeta realized that Sherlyn had something to do with this, but no one from the Luthra family was ready to believe her.
Karan even accused Preeta of committing murder or planning a murder. He believed she insulted Mahesh when he met her. This affected Mahesh and he got emotional while driving which led to the accident. A nurse showed up saying Mahesh needed B+ blood to survive. No one from the family had B+ blood except for Sherlyn.
Preeta heard this and left the Luthra. She met Prithvi and he tried telling Preeta that the Luthra’s disrespected her too much. Preeta told Prithvi that they may not respect her but Mahesh did.
