Karan and Preeta sleeping in their room. The alarm rings. Preeta wakes up and asks Karan to wake up. Preeta says Karan promised to help her with all the work. Preeta says she will have bath until then Karan should wake up. Karan doesn’t react to it. Sherlyn gets ready. Karina comes to her and says today everyone will praise Sherlyn and she will be doing all the preparation. Rakhi goes to Baby’s room and gets upset. Kritika comes to her and consoles her. Kritika says soon they will get good news and asks Rakhi to come down for pooja.
Preeta does all the preparation. Girish cannot do the decorations, so Preeta helps him. Karan makes Preeta fall in his arms and gets romantic with her. Panditji comes to them and says soon a small guest will be arriving into their family. Preeta blushes.
Preeta asks Sameer to call Mahesh. Sameer gets Mahesh. Preeta asks Dadi to start the arti. Dadi performs the arti followed by all family members. After arti, everyone wishes Dadi. Dadi asks Preeta how she knows about all things how her father used to celebrate her birthday. Preeta says she took out Dadi’s best friend’s number and asked her everything. Karan asks Dadi to cut the cake. Dadi says she will cut the cake with Preeta.
Karina asks Preeta to get the gift box from her room. Preeta falls unconscious while going. Karan takes Preeta to their room and sprinkles water on her. Preeta feels like puking and rushes into the washroom. Rakhi and Dadi smile. Karan asks Rakhi why she is smiling. Rakhi says she thinks Preeta is pregnant. Everyone gets happy, while Sherlyn stands shocked.
