The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Janki shouting Sherlyn’s name and asking her to come down. Sarla asks her why she is shouting. Janki says if Sarla comes to know what Sherlyn has done then she will also start shouting. Sherlyn comes and asks why she is shouting. Sarla says she is a maid but Sarla treats her like family, but Sherlyn being a family member of the Luthra family still, is doing evil things to their family. Rakhi asks what she is talking about. Sarla says Sherlyn was evil before and is evil now also. She says Sherlyn has done wrong with Preeta.
Karina asks what Sherlyn did. Sherlyn says there is a misunderstanding. Janki says there is no misunderstanding. Srishti says Preeta is pregnant and Rakhi asks her Sherlyn to do all the work, yet Sherlyn gave Preeta an order to work, so Janki got angry. Srishti asks Janki to control her anger and not tell anyone as the Luthra family got some good news after 3 months and they should not spoil it. Janki says she is going home.
Preeta stops Janki and tells her that she knows everything but doesn’t want to upset her family, so she did not tell anyone about it. Janki asks Sameer to take care of Preeta. Karan comes there. Janki asks Karan to be with Preeta all the time and not leave her alone.
The next day, Dadi comes out to see the bus. She enters the bus and reminisces about her childhood days. Preeta goes to a doctor for her check-up. The doctor asks Preeta to do some checkups. Rakhi is happy and thinks that soon she will play with Karan and Preeta’s babies. Mahesh and Rakhi video calls Preeta, Mahesh adds Karan on a video call. Preeta says her checkup is done and will get reports in some time. Karan says his work is done, he will go to pick Preeta from the hospital. Mahesh says their bus has come and asks them to come fast.
The doctor asks Preeta if she did the pregnancy test. Preeta says 1st when she fell unconscious and was puking all the time, Rakhi said she is pregnant. Then she confirmed her pregnancy with a pregnancy kit and 3rd-time Daima announces their families pregnancy, she checks her and Preeta is pregnant with twins. The doctor says all the 3 tests are wrong. Preeta gets shocked.
