The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Sherlyn calling Prithvi’s phone when he is talking with Kritika. Kritika says that his second wife came between them, which shocks Prithvi. She explains that she meant his phone. Sherlyn tells him that she yelled at him before but needs his help now. Sherlyn realises that Prithvi is with someone since he is not answering properly. Sherlyn asks if he is with Kritika but he denies it. She says she will video call him to check but Rakhi tells Sherlyn to go and help Preeta decorate Palna. Sherlyn and Preeta decorate together while Rakhi instructs them. Rakhi tells Preeta to increase the length of the ribbon so that they can swing properly. Preeta remembers how she taught Karan how to swing. Karan comes asking what she is thinking about.
Preeta says if they would have their own Bal Gopal they would swing him like this. Karan asks why she is always talking about children. Preeta thinks that her words might irritate Karan but she can’t help as she is hurt inside. Karan thinks he knows Preeta is hurt but he has to hide his pain and be strong. Preeta prays to God that he gives her a Bal Gopal soon. A child runs around the house, Preeta hears and goes looking. Karan who is working on his laptop comes down to check after hearing the noise. They see the child running in the hall. Preeta asks for the child’s name. The child says it’s Pihu. Preeta and Karan are fascinated by the child’s cuteness. Preeta asks how did she come into their house. Pihu runs and hides behind the curtain.
Karan and Preeta play hide and seek with Pihu. Pihu hugs and even kisses Preeta. Rakhi comes out calling for Pihu. She sees Karan and Preeta and asks them to come downstairs. The entire family are waiting downstairs. Preeta says that Pihu is hungry so she will take her to the kitchen. The other women who have come with Pihu also go to have lunch. Preeta asks Pihu if she will have sweets, Pihu says she wants vegetables. Pihu copies everything that Karan does. The way he sits, the way he folds his leg. Karan slaps his cheek, but Pihu doesn’t repeat that. Karan asks why she didn’t copy that, Pihu says because she is not stupid like him. It makes both Karan and Preeta laugh.
After giving food to Pihu they bring her to the hall. Dadi asks Preeta and Karan if they liked Pihu. Preeta says she is very cute and parents who have kids are so lucky. Dadi tells her she is blessed as Pihu is her daughter. Karina says that these are her friends Shilpa and Gaitri from the orphanage who have come with Pihu. Gaitri explains if they sign the papers then they will get a child while Pihu will get her parents. Shilpa goes to bring the papers and laptop from the car. Preeta is really happy.
