The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Karina saying Sonakshi has no right in Pihu as Pihu is Preeta and Karan’s daughter. Sonakshi asks Preeta not to snatch her daughter from her. She says Preeta has her husband and full family but she has only Pihu. Sonakshi says Pihu is her past, present and future and if Pihu is not there in her life then she cannot live. Sonakshi says her father lied to her and she moved on, but now her marriage broke and also she knows that her daughter is alive and cannot stay without her. Karina asks Sonakshi to leave.
Sonakshi says she gave birth to Pihu. Preeta says Pihu gave birth to a mother and will not let Pihu go anywhere. Preeta says all her family members are happy and will never let Pihu go anywhere. Sonakshi begs in front of Preeta to give her Pihu back. Karina says before Sonakshi was trying to be rude and was about to snatch Pihu from them but now she changed her tone. Sonakshi says she wants her Pihu back. Pihu comes there and hugs Preeta. Sonakshi sees Preeta and Pihu’s love and is upset.
Sonakshi says that mother love can be more, but not more than Preeta’s love for Pihu. Sonakshi says she will leave with Pihu but just wants to hug Pihu once before leaving. Karan denies. Sonakshi begs in front of Preeta. Karina kicks her out of the house. Sonakshi walks outside the Luthra mansion. Preeta stops her. Karan asks Preeta not to let Sonakshi come closer to Pihu. A car hits Sonakshi on the road. Karan, Preeta, Srishti and Karina go to Sonakshi and take her to the hospital.
Kritika informs other family members about it and asks them to go to the hospital while she will stay and take care of Pihu. The doctors treat Sonakshi. Mahesh calls Harshvardhan but his call doesn’t get connected. He had Karan call Harshvardhan after some time. The doctor comes and informs them that they need AB -ve blood as it is not available in their hospital.
Karan says he will try to adjust. Karan tries to call someone. Abhay comes there and asks Karan what he is doing in the hospital. Karan says there is an emergency and he needs AB -ve blood. Abhay says he will adjust it with his contacts and asks Karan not to worry.
