The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Karan talking to Rishabh on call. Rishabh tells Karan that he is coming home from London. Karan gets happy and says that it’s good news. Preeta comes there with Pihu. Karan informs Preeta that Rishabh is coming home. Pihu asks who Rishabh is. Preeta tells Pihu that Rishabh is elder and she should not call him by his name. Karan tells Pihu that Rishabh is his elder brother. Pihu asks Karan why she doesn’t have an elder brother. Karan says Pihu is older. Pihu asks why she doesn’t have a younger brother. Karan says it is very difficult to handle a small baby. Preeta asks Pihu if she can handle her younger brother. Pihu says she will take care of her younger brother and will take him to her school too.
Karan says if Pihu wants a younger brother then Preeta should give him some personal time. Preeta asks Karan not to talk such in front of Pihu. Karan tells Pihu that Preeta is scolding him. Pihu asks Preeta not to scold her dad. Sherlyn goes to her room and sees a shadow. She gets scared. Prithvi switches on the light and asks Sherlyn to calm down. Rishabh texts Sherlyn that he is returning tomorrow. Sherlyn worries and informs Prithvi about it. Prithvi thinks before Rishabh arrives he needs to make all the property papers in his name and leave.
Preeta is cleaning her room and Karan is packing his cricket kit. While picking up something, Karan drops Pihu toys. Preeta asks Karan what he is doing. Karan complains to Pihu that Preeta is scolding him. Pihu asks Preeta to shake hands with Karan and hug him. Karan hugs Preeta. Rakhi comes there. Karan explains that Pihu asked them to hug. Pihu asks Rakhi if Preeta scolds her. Karan says yes. Pihu asks Preeta to shake hands with Rakhi and hug her. Sameer comes there and plays with Pihu.
Everyone enjoys playing with Pihu. Sonakshi hears them and gets happy. Sher tries to get up but the nurse asks her to rest. The nurse says Pihu is very cute and everyone loves her. Sonakshi says even she wants to play with Pihu and Pihu to love her. The nurse asks Sonakshi why she has so much love for Pihu. Sonakshi says Pihu is her daughter.
The next day, Pihu hides behind a curtain and Karan tries to find her. Sonakshi sees Pihu through the window. Karan finds Pihu. Pihu looks at Sonakshi. Sonakshi signs her to come to her. Pihu goes to Sonakshi and asks her what her name is. Sonakshi says Maa… Sonakshi stops and says her name is Sonakshi. Pihu asks what is her relation with her. Sonakshi says she is Preeta’s friend and also takes Preeta as her sister. Karan asks Pihu to hide again. Pihu says she is going to mumma and leaves.
Sonakshi thanks Karan for allowing her to stay in his house. Karan says Sonakshi is in her house due to Preeta and she should thank Preeta. Preeta comes to Sonakshi and asks if she needs anything. Sonakshi says she is fine and asks the nurse how long she will take to recover. Sherlyn hears their conversation. The nurse says that Sonakshi needs complete bed rest for 2 days then she can use the wheelchair.
Rakhi asks Sherlyn to give milk to Sonakshi. Sherlyn goes into the kitchen. Prithvi comes there and hugs her. Sherlyn tells Prithvi that Sonakshi is planning something evil against Preeta.
