Kritika is being dragged by Preeta as she wants to show that Akshay is cheating on her. Kritika does not understand that and Preeta tries to show it to her by taking her to the room where Akshay is hugging Ruchika and promising that they could not live without each other. But no-one is in the room when they reach.
Kritika asks Akshay about the drink but he promises to her that he was nervous but was not going to drink and that he was about to throw it away. He does not let Preeta talk at all.
Preeta tells that she got Kritika in the room to show her that Akshay was cheating on her. She starts questioning him about the girl he got in the room. He tries to talk to Kritika about it but she is shocked and wants to know if it’s true or not. He tries to prove his innocence in front of everyone but Kritika trusts Preeta and wants to know what is happening in reality.
Kritika tells Akshay that she trusts him. Akshay tells Preeta that she cannot believe him but his love for Kritika is true and will always keep her happy. He then tells them that Ruchika was with him in the room. Everyone in the room is convinced with the story and support Akshay and leave.
Ruchika tries to leave through the window but fails and waits for fir the right time. Karan explains to Akshay that Preeta is concerned for Kritika and therefore the miscommunication happened. Akshay is understanding and agrees with Karan and they hug each other. Kritika thinks of Akshay as a very understanding and nice man and thanks him and they hug.
Preeta tells Karan that she still has a bad feeling about Akshay but then apologizes to him. He tells her that it’s okay and he would not take decisions in anger as she did.
