The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Rakhi calling Pammi and telling her that she has given Mahesh tea and told Ganesh what to prepare for lunch. Pammi asks where she is going. Rakhi says she has took an appointment for Sherlyn so she is taking her there. Sherlyn gets ready and comes, Rakhi asks if they should go. Sherlyn says that she has called her mother to the clinic, so on the way they can get some time to talk. Rakhi tells her to go and come back safely. Pammi sees Prithvi leaving the house secretly after Sherlyn. She gets suspicious and calls Rishabh. She insists Rishab to call Sherlyn as the baby looks more like a father when the mother sees the father’s face. Rishab promises her that he will call Sherlyn. Pammi thinks this way Rishab might see Prithvi in the video and question, Sherlyn, about it.
Preeta gives medicine to Mahesh and says he has become careless as he doesn’t take medicine on time. Rakhi complains about the same. Mahesh says they are teaming up on him but when Karan will come back he will show them. Rakhi changes the topic seeing Mahesh worried. She tells that Preeta is not taking care of herself while trying to free Karan. Mahesh tells her to look after her health. Rakhi advises that they all should go and meet Karan. Preeta changes the topic saying she will get boiled milk.
Kritika visits her friend Dr Rupali the same doctor Rakhi has taken an appointment from. Kritika is impressed with her friend‘s success. Rupali says that it’s because of her as she motivated her to study or else she would have been a part of the rockstar band. Sherlyn calls Dr Rupali asking why the address is changed. Dr Rupali says she forgot to tell her mother-in-law that she wasn’t going to the clinic. She asks Sherlyn if she is coming alone. Sherlyn says she is coming with her husband which shocks Prithvi.
Prithvi says she shouldn’t have called him her husband as the doctor might discuss it with Rakhi. Sherlyn says he worries a lot and nothing of that sort will happen. Preeta is in the kitchen wondering how she can meet Karan. Rakhi comes and asks what’s the matter. Preeta says that the police are not allowing anyone to meet Karan as they are shifting him to another jail. Rakhi advises her to not worry. She tells Preeta to close her eyes and think of a positive scenario. When Preeta opens her eyes Rakhi asks what she saw. Preeta says everyone together with Karan. Rakhi gets emotional.
