The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Dr Rupali telling Prithvi to come inside and have a seat while she treats his wife. Kritika who is standing behind the door calls his name. Prithvi is shocked to hear her voice. Kritika asks if he is Sherlyn’s husband. Karan tells Rakhi that he has come out of jail after so long so needs open air. Rakhi says she knows but it is not best for him now. She calls Preeta and Srishti into the room. Rakhi tells Srishti that she wants her to keep an eye on Karan so that he doesn’t run away. Srishti says she will stand outside the door. She tells Karan to knock thrice if he wants to come out. Srishti and Rakhi leave the room. Rakhi tells her that she has done a big favour for them. Srishti says she is made for big things, she tells Rakhi to send Sameer as it will be easy to keep a watch on Karan.
Dr Rupali tells Sherlyn that there’s nothing to worry about, she will give medicine for stress. She asks Sherlyn if her husband’s name is Rishab. Sherlyn is shocked and asks how she knows. She says Kritika is a close friend and told her that she will yell at Rishab for not informing her he that has come back. Sherlyn tries to explain saying she said her husband has come back home and not here. Karan asks Preeta why is his mother behaving like this. Preeta says Sameer and Srishti are in this too. She says Srishti likes it when things get challenging. Karan tries to explain something, Preeta already nods. He asks what she understood. She says she knows he wants to surrender.
Karan jokes that she has gotten intelligent. Preeta says she was already intelligent. They start joking and messing around with each other. They ask each other if they wanted to marry. Both Preeta and Karan refuse to answer first. Preeta says she asked first, while Karan says ladies should answer first. Karan tells her that there are no murder charges on him so they will give him an electric shock to make him go mad. Preeta warns him to not say such things. She gets emotional and reveals she didn’t want to marry him but after getting to know him she started liking him. Karan says he is Karan Luthra and can make anyone confess their feelings. Preeta later tells Karan that Sherlyn is the killer of Akshay.
Kritika questions Prithvi that Sherlyn said she is here with her husband and he is here now. She asks him what it means. Prithvi tells her that he was on a call and saw her entering the house so followed her. Kritika refuses to believe him. Dr Rupali hearing noises comes down and says he is not the husband of Sherlyn. Prithvi tells Krithika that their relationship was built on trust but now he feels there is no trust left. He leaves in anger, Krithika follows him. Sherlyn comes down asking what happened. Dr Rupali asks who is that man, Sherlyn says she doesn’t know.
