The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Shrishti looking into Mahira’s phone. Mahira is worried because she can’t find her phone. Prithvi picks up his phone and is about to leave. She snatches the phone from him saying he can’t go until she finds her phone. Shrishti shows Sameer the message that Mahira received asking her to come and meet. Mahira comes towards them, they run. Mahira looks to see who is there, Prithvi asks her if she saw a ghost. She returns his phone and they go separate ways. Shrishti says that to find the truth they should follow Mahira, Sameer agrees. A constable comes near Preeta and tells her that her husband had come and he was worried for her. Preeta says she is responsible for all the wrong things happening in Karan’s life. The constable says that she shouldn’t worry as she has a big and reputed who will be able to free her.
Preeta says that after she is free she will give more time for Karan. She hopes that the real killer is found soon, only then she can walk freely. As Prithvi is walking Mahira comes and tells him that their mobiles might have been exchanged. He gives her the phone, he is shocked to see that his phone is unlocked and says that he will teach her a lesson. He then thinks that he must first seal the necklace to get money for the blackmailer.
Kritika yells at everyone saying that she is responsible for what happened and not Preeta. She says that Preeta was only trying to help her. She says that she tried telling everyone in the family that Preeta is innocent but no one listened to her, not even Karan. Karan stops her and says that he was angry at Preeta for not telling him the truth earlier because he could have handled it. But that doesn’t mean he stopped loving her. Karan urges Krithika to reveal the full truth.
Kritika tells that Preeta tried to warn her against Akshay saying that he is not a good guy. But she did not listen to her. Preeta was the one who prevented her and Akshay’s marriage. But Akshay started to blackmail her one night before he was killed. He was demanding money and threatened to reveal her private pictures on social media. When she took all her jewellery and was about to go, Preeta saw and urged her to tell her what is happening. To protect her Preeta wore her clothes and went to the hotel to meet Akshay. When Akshay found out its Preeta he wouldn’t let her go and started taking advantage of her. So to protect herself she hit him with whatever she could find. Kritika says that the daughter of the house is responsible for this and not Preeta. Rakhi consoles her and tells her not to worry.
