The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Preeta revealing that Sherlyn is the real murderer. The whole family is shocked, Karina and Mahesh stand up and ask Preeta what is she saying. The judge tells them to sit down or they will be sent out. The judge asks Preeta how will she prove that Sherlyn is the murderer. Sherlyn gets up and says that Preeta is accusing her because she doesn’t like her. Preeta says she is not accusing Sherlyn because of personal quarrels but a waiter named Rohit had seen Sherlyn in the hotel the day when Akshay was murdered. Preeta says that she has called Rohit to testify what he saw.
The judge calls Rohit in the witness box, he asks if he has seen Sherlyn before. Rohit says a few times in the hotel. He says he saw Sherlyn near the room of Akshay. They ran into each other and he fell to the ground. She asks him if he was dead and told him not to die, but he was just fallen. Sherlyn says he is lying as she has never seen him before. The judge tells Sherlyn that she will get a chance to speak.
Rohit says that he is not telling that Sherlyn killed Akshay, but she looked really worried which he found suspicious. When he fell to the ground she asks him if is dead. Rohit says even Akshay’s death was caused by falling. Sherlyn was worried and she mentioned dying when he just fell. Sherlyn says that if he knew all this why didn’t he come forward before. She says now he came forward as someone paid him to speak against her. Preeta says he didn’t come forward as he was scared and also thought of leaving the job.
The Judge asks Preeta if she wants to add anything else. Preeta pleads to the judge to not delay the hearing as her innocent husband will have to stay in jail longer. The judge says the court will proceed after the break. Outside Karina scolds Preeta for accusing Sherlyn. Rakhi tells Preeta to not take Karina words seriously as she is angry because she likes Sherlyn. Rakhi puts forward her concerns of what will happen if the accusations on Sherlyn are proved right.
