The episode starts with Preeta trying a lot to gather documents to show his innocence, Sameer tells Karan. Natasha appears to have done all the legwork, according to Karan. Kritika inquires about Prithvi’s ailments. He informs her that his and Preeta’s vehicles collided. Preeta took advantage of the opportunity and accused him. He continues by saying that he will not forgive Preeta. Kareena is informed that Kritika is taking Prithvi to the hospital. Sherlyn agrees to accompany Kareena and them to the hospital. Preeta is stopped by Karan, who refuses to allow her to get inside the automobile. From there, Luthras departs. Kritika teases Preeta and then kidnaps Prithvi. Sherlyn is trailing them. Preeta departs towards the Arora residence.
Kareena expresses her gratitude to Natasha for establishing Karan’s innocence. Preeta promised to perform this and that to prove Karan’s innocence, Natasha says, but she never did anything since she never wanted to. She claims she put her life on the line to save Karan. Preeta also recorded Sandesh’s confession, Sameer tells Karan. Karan sneers at him and demands that he show it. Kareena believes Karan has finally seen Preeta’s true face. Meanwhile, Preeta remembers Karan thanking Natasha and refusing to let her get into the car. Karan walks inside Mahesh’s room. Mahesh attempted to leave the house to meet him, so the nurse injected him. She walks out of the room. Karan expresses regret to Mahesh for not following through on his promises. He tells him how much he misses him and begs him to get well soon.
Beeji is unhappy in the Arora household. Beeji expresses her delight at Karan’s release, but Natasha takes full credit. Preeta informs her that she misplaced all of the proofs and is relieved that Natasha was able to prove Karan’s innocence. She goes to freshen up in her room. Preeta appears to be fine, according to Beeji, but this is not the case. Karan enters his room and places a photograph of himself and Preeta on the bed. Preeta’s clothes are packed by him. Preeta, on the other hand, reflects on the times she spent with him.
Natasha tells Sherlyn in the kitchen that she is the reason for everyone’s happiness. Sherlyn informs her that she would no longer be able to stay at the Luthra residence. Natasha informs her that it appears the latter is clueless. She reveals that Preeta gathered evidence against Prithvi and informed him. He left the courtroom to prevent Preeta from exposing him. She goes on to say that she saved Prithvi. She informs her that she has proof against Prithvi and warns her not to even consider evicting her. Natasha can do anything to usurp Preeta’s position in Karan’s life, Janki says to Preeta. Beeji compliments Natasha. Preeta tells them not to think too hard. Preeta’s plan and hard effort are praised by Srishti. She claims that Natasha appears to have made a deal with Sandesh. What if Natasha stole the proofs from them, she adds.
