Natasha is seen marrying Karan. Everyone in the Luthra household appears to be in good spirits. Natasha is taking Preeta’s position, and Prithvi and Sherlyn are overjoyed that Preeta will finally be out of the house. They congratulate Karan on his choice. To make Preeta jealous, Karan takes the drastic step of marrying Natasha through his massive drama. Karan wants Preeta to end their relationship. The groom is asked by the Pandit to make the bride wear the mangalsutra. Preeta arrives just in time to see Karan wrapping the mangalsutra around Natasha’s neck. She yells at Karan and tells him to stop. Rishabh is accompanied by her. Preeta keeps her promise to Mahesh and Rakhi and returns Rishabh to his family.
Preeta is followed by Rishabh. Karan and the Luthra family are taken aback as he enters the house. When Rishabh meets his family, he becomes emotional. Karan sheds happy tears and feels grateful to Preeta. This surprising unexpected twist in the story astounds Prithvi and Sherlyn. Preeta was carrying out her responsibilities to the family and ensuring their happiness. Karan notices that Preeta put in a lot of effort to get Rishabh home and keep her commitment. Rishabh is to be reunited with his family, according to Preeta. She vows to expose Prithvi and Sherlyn and kick them out of the house.
Karan stops his marriage and is overwhelmed with Preeta as she completes her promise by bringing Rishabh back. Prithvi and Sherlyn have left a shocked as to how Preeta managed to bring Rishabh back. Preeta gives an angry look to Sherlyn and Prithvi. Karan realises that Preeta worked hard to bring Rishabh back and that she is not the real culprit behind any wrong deeds with him and his family.
