In Kundali Bhagya, the same file that Arjun misplaced at the airport contains the photos of Rishabh and Preeta. He claims that they are not only his competitors in business but also his adversaries and his killers. He is thinking about hatred. When he approaches Rishabh and Preeta, he believes his new appearance will give him an advantage because they won’t know him as Karan Luthra. The very own Karan, Arjun, is horrified to witness Preeta with Kavya. He believes Kavya to be Rishabh and Preeta’s child. Preeta is the target of Karan’s latest chapter of retaliation.
Then in Kundali Bhagya, Nidhi explains to Arjun/Karan that the crocodile had injured his face, that it had been repaired by surgeons, and that she had given him a new identity. She has provided the doctor with a picture of Arjun so they can recreate Karan’s face. She claims that she first saw him after the bandages on his face were taken off. Arjun has lost his memory, she realised. The doctor instructed Nidhi to remind Arjun of anything, and if she did, it would be taken as fact and become part of his recent memory. Karan wonders who he is. Arjun Suryavanshi is a name Nidhi makes up for Karan.
Lastly in Kundali Bhagya, Karan has faith in her. Nidhi claims to have prevented Arjun’s nervous breakdown with her deception, and she tells Arjun that as a result, he is now Arjun Suryavanshi. She erred, according to Arjun, who claims that instead of transforming him into a new person, she should have inquired about him. Nidhi is inconsolable. He is asked by Anjali if he can recall them. Arjun claims to recall everything, even his background. He chooses to return home.
