In Kundali Bhagya, Preeta wants Rishabh to know that Arjun intentionally reminds her of Karan. She doesn’t know the cause. She recalls the pandit’s assurance that Karan would return to her life, whether it was in his original avatar or a different one. But he would come. Even if Arjun’s conversations and conduct remind her of Karan, she still feels that Arjun’s face does not match Karan’s. As long as he hasn’t exacted his retribution on Rishabh and Preeta, Karan doesn’t want to divulge his identity. He attempts to restrain the feelings that would cause Preeta to suspect him of being Karan.
Then in Kundali Bhagya, Anjali counsels Arjun to conceal his identity and truth to trick Rishabh and Preeta and exact his retribution. Karan wishes to remain Arjun Suryavanshi until he discovers the motivation behind Rishabh and Preeta’s significant backstabbing action. Everyone is promised by Arjun that he will reveal the truth about Karan Luthra. In front of Rishabh and Preeta, he has the actors reenact the incident from that evening. He claims that despite how much he loved Preeta, she betrayed him. Preeta remembers the night she lost Karan, a sad night.
Lastly in Kundali Bhagya, Preeta sobs as Arjun plays back Karan’s fatal moment in front of them, shocking Rishabh. Arjun thwarts Preeta’s attempts to leave. Unaware that Arjun is Karan, Preeta hits him fiercely. Shrishti should have faith in Sameer if she loves him, Preeta tells her, so stop being so possessive. She recommends that she balance her relationship. Shrishti won’t ever change, claims Rishabh. Biji will reprimand Rishabh, Kavya assures Preeta over the phone.
