In the beginning, Preeta is told by Karan that Rajiv has revealed the truth about Pihu’s kidnapping. Karan inquires about Pihu’s whereabouts. Sonakshi, according to Preeta is so evil that she has harmed her daughter. Sonakshi claims to be Pihu’s biological mother.

Preeta inquires as to why she is lying after abusing Pihu so severely. She informs them that Pihu has passed out and has been admitted to the hospital. Pihu had seen Sonakshi’s face there, and she knows Sonakshi is the one who kidnapped her. She invites Karan to accompany her to the hospital to pick up Pihu. He instructs Preeta to take Pihu home. Pihu might take Sonakshi’s name in front of the family, which makes Sonakshi nervous.

Preeta rushes to the hospital to pick up Pihu. She claims to have caused everyone to doubt Preeta, but that now Pihu will return home and tell the truth. Pihu has seen her there, she claims. She goes on to say that Pihu found out she had kidnapped her and that Preeta came to her rescue. Sherlyn instructs Sonakshi to persuade Pihu.

Sonakshi claims that she is a good liar and that she is staying at the Luthra residence as a result of her falsehoods, but Pihu refuses to listen to her. She confesses to having harmed Pihu. She wants Sonakshi to put an end to it all.

Sonakshi contacts the assassin to assassinate Pihu. She begs Sonakshi to keep Pihu safe. Sonakshi claims that she will assassinate Preeta as well. She informs Sherlyn that once Preeta and Pihu are gone, she would be able to live her life to the fullest. At the hospital, Preeta and Kritika meet Pihu. Pihu awakens and encounters Preeta.
