In the beginning, Preeta joins the clinic after a rough journey there. When her Kundali Bhagya returns in the shape of Karan, she is blessed with the knowledge that her life would improve. Preeta is taken aback when she discovers someone hiding in the darkness in her cabin. She screams angrily. She attempts to flee. Mahesh is the one who approaches her for assistance. Despite his illness, Mahesh remembers her. Preeta yells, “Get out!” The lights turn on. When she finally sees Mahesh, she is taken aback by his state. Mahesh begs her to save his family and him. Preeta is speechless after finding Mahesh in the most dreadful condition imaginable. The family is dominated by Prithvi. Sherlyn inquires if Mahesh dies alone in the mental institution.

He assures Mahesh that he will not die and that Mahesh’s life and death are now in his control. The asylum staff apprehends Mahesh. When Mahesh notices Preeta, he shouts at her. The staff drags him to the vehicle violently. She requests that the hospital workers release Mahesh. Mahesh is mentally disturbed, and the staff member informs her that he has become more dangerous, and they must take him. Preeta is furious because the Luthras aren’t looking after Mahesh. She is concerned about Mahesh. Preeta decides to save Mahesh. Preeta encounters a beggar in distress earlier in the episode and assists her. After noticing Preeta’s wonderful heart, the lady blesses her. She informs her that her Kundali Bhagya has brought her back and that she will now meet her fate to complete her Kundali Bhagya. She believes that Preeta’s fate will bring her happiness. Preeta is agitated. She wants to forget about her past and move on. She forgets the clinic’s location. She is on the lookout for the chit. She recalls a similar situation from the past. Her fate, she believes, is playing a game with her. She comes upon the clinic. She considers not allowing dread to take root in her heart.
