Preeta visits the clinic once again to see the patients. She can’t stop thinking about Mahesh. She wants to finish her task and depart as soon as possible. Srishti calls her once more. Preeta informs that she will be late today because she is heading to an elderly patient’s home. She sets out for the Luthra home.
Preeta will be late today, Srishti informs Sarla. She has an odd sensation. She informs Sarla that Preeta seems tense. Preeta had forgotten about the Luthras, according to Sarla. She tells Srishti that she should forget about Sameer. Srishti claims to have forgotten about Sameer and has moved on. Dadi encourages her to marry someone. Sarla is certain Luthras has forgotten about Preeta by now.
Sherlyn inquires of Prithvi whether Mahesh will die unwittingly as a result of their plot to keep him in the mental institute. She warns Mahesh that the tortures may kill him. Prithvi claims that he is aware of the situation. Mahesh will not die so soon; he is authoring Mahesh’s fate and will determine how long Mahesh will be living. He goes on to say that the Luthras don’t know who the real assailant is; they believe Mahesh has gone insane and is attacking him, but Mahesh is the one who is being attacked.
He claims that he will soon take everything from the Luthras, including the Luthra mansion, and that there will be no one to challenge him this time. He claims to have already taken over the company from them. Everything has been moved to his name. Preeta tells srishtishti that she is going to visit a patient at home. She arrives at the Luthra estate to meet Mahesh. Preeta will return to the Luthra home just for Mahesh’s sake. She will assert her rights over Karan and the Luthras to remain in the family and defend them from the evil Prithvi and Sherlyn.
