In today’s episode we can see that Preeta tells Karan that he was overly worried about her. When he returned home, Rakhi informed him about Naagre’s attempted murder allegations against Preeta, and he went to the police station, where he learned that she had not been arrested. He claims that the Inspector suspected him of her disappearance, but that once he stole Naagre’s name, the Inspector came to his aid in finding her. Inspector warned him that Naagre is dangerous and that anything may happen to her, he said.
He goes on to say that he returned home to confront Naagre because he knows he’ll be at Prithvi’s party. He was taken aback by Naagre’s show of support for Preeta, which included chanting her praises in front of the guests. He admits that he was taken aback by Naagre’s sudden change of heart. He goes on to say that he demands an explanation from him as to how she managed to gain control of Naagre. She wants to be honest with Karan, but she doesn’t want his enraged reaction to cause problems. She informs him that he has broken up with her and that she no longer wishes to see him. She informs Janki that Sameer didn’t trust Preeta and that he ended their relationship because of her. She refuses to accept Sameer’s return to her life. She tells him that he is no longer important to her. Rakhi expresses her delight at seeing Preeta and Shrishti at the house. Rakhi expresses her desire to hug Preeta and Srihsthi, but they are both upset. Janki wishes to be kind to Rakhi so that she can share her grief with her.
