In today’s episode we can see that Karan thinks back to Naagre’s remarks and attempts to figure out what he meant when he said Preeta wouldn’t be saved. Prithvi attempts to prevent Karan from doing the pooja with Preeta. Karan interrogates him extensively to learn why he is stopping him. He instructs Karan to perform the puja according to his wishes. Prithvi waits for Karan and Preeta to come forward and face their deaths after the entire family conducts the puja. He believes that soon Preeta breaks the coconut, the bomb would detonate, killing both Preeta and Karan. He notices Preeta sitting down to perform the ceremony of breaking the coconut.
He pulls back Sherlyn and Kritika, who are important to him and beneficial to him. Karan notices Prithvi’s devilish grin and wonders what is on his mind. Preeta is the one who breaks the coconut. By placing his hand under the coconut, Karan prevents her from breaking it. Karan makes the right decision at the right time and saves Preeta’s life. Prithvi’s plans are foiled by Karan.
Preeta inquires as to why Karan took the coconut from her puja plate. Karan declares that he will smash the coconut if that is his wish. Preeta can’t be in danger, and Karan can’t allow that to happen. Karan flees with the coconut in his hand. She yells for Karan to tell her where he’s going and why. Karan does not respond to anyone and rushes out of the home to discard the coconut. He was forced to lose yet again.
Karan and Preeta later enter the residence. Karan inquires of the family as to what has caused them to be so upset.
