In today’s episode, we can see that Preeta learns about Mahesh’s condition. She becomes concerned. While she was away from the house, she suspects Prithvi and Sherlyn of wrongdoing Mahesh. She holds Prithvi responsible for Mahesh’s torture. Preeta is questioned by Prithvi as to why she always seeks a reason to argue with him. He claims that she has a significant problem with him. He believes that if he acts impartial and avoids fighting with Karan or Preeta, the family will suspect him of being involved. He doesn’t want to be identified as the one who planted the coconut bomb. Karan has protected Preeta’s life from Prithvi’s nefarious schemes and is aware of what Prithvi was planning. He has pledged to keep Preeta safe from any dangers.
Prithvi inquires as to what he did that she is blaming him for. Karan intervenes to prevent him from yelling at Preeta. He begs Prithvi to speak in a low tone. He tells Prithvi that Preeta is the house’s owner and Karan Luthra’s wife and that he should respect her. He expects Preeta to be respected. Preeta is thrilled to see Karan standing up for her. Mahesh’s doctor warns the family that if they don’t keep Mahesh in the basement, he will be powerless to transfer him to a mental institution. He claims that Mahesh has become too dangerous, that he can harm anyone, and that if he becomes aggressive again, they would be concerned. Rakhi begs Mahesh to come home. Rakhi is reassured by Karan’s assurance that Mahesh will not be committed to a mental institution. Preeta decides to investigate what had happened to Mahesh during her absence, as his condition had suddenly deteriorated. Prithvi wants to devise a fresh strategy for removing Preeta from his life.
