In today’s episode, we can see that Preeta overhears a startling exchange between Prithvi and Mona. Prithvi gives Mona money and instructs her to carry out his directives like previously, without being afraid of Preeta. He tells Mona that Mahesh should be treated the same way he was before, that no one should see him from now on, and that he should be fed the same food as previously. He is referring to the medications that they used to administer previously. He advises Mahesh not to meet Preeta and her family. He asks Mona to keep his instructions in mind. Preeta is concerned about Mahesh. Someone’s presence in the basement makes Prithvi suspicious. Preeta hides from him while he searches around.
Preeta notices Prithvi alerting Mona about Mahesh’s presence. She purposely comes to a halt and asks Mona to hand over Mahesh’s lunch plate for a bill. She takes this measure to inform the rest of the family about Prithvi’s plans to hurt Mahesh. She takes a bite of the dish. For the sake of the family, Preeta takes a major risk. To protect Mahesh, she puts her life on the line. She collapses after consuming the food.
Karan and his family are concerned about Preeta’s safety. Mona is to blame for Preeta’s attempted murder. She informs Karan of the tainted meal. Prithvi is taken aback by her action. He wonders if Preeta’s scapegoating of Mona would lead to his downfall. He is concerned that he may be discovered after blaming Mona. He is afraid that the truth about Mahesh’s mental stability will be revealed to the family. He doesn’t want Mahesh’s family to know about his intention to make him psychologically ill. Mona is confronted by Karan about the tainted food. Preeta accuses Prithvi in a roundabout way.
