Today’s episode begins with Megha wondering about Arjun and his marriage proposal. Ranjeeta consoles Megha, who asks her if she is a burden to them. Ranjeeta comforts Megha and tells her that she is thinking too much. They are just worried about her and want her to settle in life, and Arjun is the best man. On the other hand, Sikander asks Navjyot if he should finish Megha, but she stops him and tells him that if Megha comes home as a daughter-in-law, she will never let her become the daughter-in-law of the house.
The next day, Megha comes to family court to get her surname changed. The judge denies it, highlighting that she cannot get divorced. Megha becomes furious and taunts the judge, accusing him of impartiality. Kirpal tries to calm Megha and shows how she is failing to make decisions due to her anger. Megha taunts Kirpal, accusing Arjun of not knowing what he has done and that everyone from her family is taking his side.
Arjun gives Megha the papers of her changed surname. He tells her to be calm, as this will only help her make new decisions. At home, Megha finds that Surinder refuses to eat food. She is shocked that Surinder is on a fast until Megha agrees to marry Arjun. Arjun makes his mother eat food, as she discovers that she is fasting for his happiness.
