Today’s episode begins with Goldie, Kripal, Thanedarni, and Riya rushing Surinder to the hospital after Manoj pushes him off the terrace. Thanedarni asks Kripal to inform Megha, but Surinder stops him. On the other hand, Megha comes into Arjun’s room. She expresses her concern and reveals that Manoj took Nupur’s kidney and that something is fishy about him. Arjun agrees with Megha and comes out of the washroom. As Arjun turns back, his towel falls down, creating an awkward moment between the two.
Later, Megha calls Surinder, whose phone is with Manoj. Manoj answers the call and discovers that Megha is in Mumbai. He finds the truth and manipulates Megha while sending a message that Surinder is fine. Manoj shares the details with his father, who argues with him for creating a mess. Manoj decides to end the problem by killing Megha.
Megha and Arjun try to discover the truth about Manoj. As Megha sips coffee, Arjun wipes her face to clean the coffee frost. Megha stops him, and Arjun discusses the matter with the other police. Megha wonders about Manoj, and she finds something fishy about Manoj’s Mumbai room. She decides to go, and Manoj also arrives in Mumbai and heads to his apartment. Arjun is surprised and worried as Megha leaves without saying anything.
