Today’s episode begins with an unknown person entering Megha’s room and standing with a pillow in his hand, which leaves Megha worried. It turns out to be Arjun. Megha relaxes and expresses her gratitude for saving her life. She tells him that this is the last chance she has to take revenge on Manoj for his deeds and also give justice to Nupur. Megha and Arjun plan to fool Manoj and catch him.
Arjun goes to check on the hospital, as Manoj might come. He notices a few ladies with Burqas, and he checks them, but he finds something fishy. Manoj hides and smartly rings the fire alarm. Everyone starts running here and there, and Arjun discovers that Manoj created this panic. Manoj enters Megha’s room and tries to attack her. But Megha runs from there.
Manoj follows Megha, and she comes into a room and hides there. Manoj threatens her, and Arjun finds out that Megha is in danger. Arjun finds blood, follows the spots, and comes into the room where Megha confronts Manoj. Arjun hugs Megha for her victory, and she sees Arjun in danger. Manoj tries to stab Arjun, but Megha comes in between and gets hurt severely.
