The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Kanak telling everyone that she knew Hema will put all the blame on her, after taking revenge from Gehna. Kanak says she is already prepared. She tells everyone that she will call Sagar, as Hema took revenge on Gehna for what she did with him. Kanak says she will call Sagar and ask him who planned to trap Gehna. Kanak calls the inspector and says she wants to talk to Sagar for a minute. Sagar comes on the call. Kanak asks Sagar who planned to take revenge on Gehna. Sagar says Hema planned to take revenge. Everyone gets shocked.
Kanak smiles and thinks it’s good that she met Sagar and convinced him to say such in exchange for his freedom. Baa says Hema sent her son to jail, now she will also send Hema to jail. Baa locks Hema in a storeroom and says no one will open the door until she asks to. Baa says that she is upset with all her 3 bahu’s as they keep fighting between them and their husbands have to suffer.
Later, Kanak opens the storeroom door. Hema says Kanak did not save her. Kanak says before when she was in danger she did not take Hema’s name and save her. Hema says Kanak doesn’t deserve to be the Desai family’s bahu. Gehna comes there and says Kanak got saved this time asks why she put all the blame on Hema, but from now on if Kanak will try to harm her family, she will protect her family and expose Kanak in front of everyone.
Hema saves Kanak by telling Gehna that she planned to take revenge on Gehna. Gehna thinks about it and returns to her room. Gehna thinks if Anant remembers that tomorrow is their wedding anniversary.
