The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Baa falling unconscious seeing Kanak’s finger. Pankaj cries. Gehna sprinkles water on Baa. Dinesh calls Anant. Anant gets angry and says how dare he cut Kanak’s finger. Dinesh asks Anant to see the finger carefully and says the finger is fake. Gehna checks the finger and says it is fake. Kanak smiles from behind. Dinesh says if Desai’s try to play smart again, he will send Kanak’s real finger. Bapuji tells Anant that they will give all the money. Chetan asks where they will get so much money. Bapuji says if needed they will sell their house. Dinesh says they can transfer their house in his name. Bapuji says he will transfer the house in the kidnapper’s name, but he should release Kanak. Pankaj cries and asks Bapuji to adjust the money fast.
The police arrive at Desai house. They ask what Desai’s are talking about. Bapuji asks the inspector why he has come. The inspector says someone called him from their house. Gehna says it will be by mistake and apologizes. Bapuji thinks about who can call the police. Chetan says Hema called the police. Pankaj asks Hema why she called the police. Hema cries and says she wants to save Kanak and the police will help them.
Bapuji, Anant, Chetan start arranging the money. Baa and Hema get her all jewelry but it is not enough. Bapuji says they have to sell their house. Anant thinks Kanak is not kidnapped, if she would be kidnapped then the kidnapper would have sent her real finger. Anant thinks to find out the truth.
Dinesh gets the papers ready and goes to meet Pankaj. He gives Pankaj the agreement papers. Pankaj tries to see his face but he escapes. Bapuji says they have to sign the paper as they don’t have any other option. Anant says he has a plan and asks Bapuji not to sign the papers.
