The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Pankaj and Chetan preparing tea. Gehna rushes and takes the tea for Kanak. Kanak yells at her for bringing the tea late. Pankaj tells her that he was the one making the tea, Kanak ignores him and continues insulting Gehna. Jigna tells Kanak to teach them a lesson by selling the house. Baa gets worried and asks Kanak if she will really sell the house. Kanak says it is her house and she will do whatever she wants. Baa and Bapuji start crying. Hema shouts at Gehna saying she and Anant promised to get the house back but failed. Gehna assures them that they will get the house back at any cost. Kanak and her mother plan to buy a posh flat after selling the Desai house. Virani builder’s manager calls Kanak and offers to buy Desai house. Kanak says she wanted to sell but has changed her mind. Jigna asks why she declined the offer, Kanak says she wants to increase the demand and sell the house at the highest price.
Bapuji tells the family he can’t lose shelter at this age. Hiral suggests they all should move to Sapan’s house. Hema insults her saying that the house is too small for everyone. Hiral tells Hema she cannot stay here and take humiliation. They will live with dignity in the small house. Anant and Gehna disguised as a Parsi couple Mr and Mrs Bejad Irani enter the house and ask for the owner. Hema goes and calls Kanak. Kanak and Jigna wonder why they are here.
Kanak comes down and asks who they are. Mr and Mrs Bejad Irani reply that they want to buy the Desai house. Kanak rudely replies that she doesn’t want to sell. Anant says he bought side by side plots and wants to build a huge complex here. Kanak says she still doesn’t want to sell. Gehna asks if she will not sell if they offer a very high price. Kanak asks how much. Gehna says they are willing to pay 10 crores along with 2 BHK flats, a 3 BHK flat once flats are built on it and even a luxury car.
Kanak tells Anant to sit, Bapuji says he won’t let him buy this house. Anant asks who he is. Kanak says he is just a servant. Bapuji warns Kanak, Baa takes him in. Anant asks if the deal is finalised. Kanak says she will finalise the deal after seeing their construction site and their office. Gehna says she can visit their office in the evening. Gehna and Anant walk out. Gehna asks which office will they show Kanak. Anant says he knew Kanak will create drama, so he has already made preparations.
