The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Anant disguised as Mr Irani taking Kanak to the construction site. Anant’s moustache falls while showing the area to Kanak. Jagadish signals him that his moustache has fallen. Anant bends to pick his moustache. Kanak asks why he is bending. Jagadish says that Mr Irani always takes blessings from his site. Kanak gets convinced with the drama. At home Hema sees Paresh drying clothes and asks what he is doing here. He says Gehna and Anant are washing clothes so he came to dry them. Jigna sees family members sitting and scolds them to start working. Jigna calls Hema a hungry water buffalo and tells her to work. Hema says she was helping Paresh dry clothes. Jigna says Anant and Paresh were drying clothes together. She thinks something is wrong so goes to check.
Gehna sees Paresh drying clothes on top of each other, so she teaches him how to do it. Jigna comes and sees Gehna with Paresh. She asks Hema why she told her Paresh was alone. Jigna asks Gehna what she is doing here. Gehna says she was teaching Paresh how to dry clothes. She asks where is Anant. Gehna says he is washing clothes. Jigna scolds them asking if they are playing a game with her. She goes to check for Anant.
Gehna loosens the rope and clothes fall on Jigna. She gets angry seeing Anant missing. Jigna starts throwing a tantrum asking where is Anant. Anant comes saying he went to pick the fallen clothes. Kanak comes back and asks what is wrong. Paresh tells her that Jigna is hungry so she is irritated. Kanak tells Jigna that property documents are finalised. Pankaj pleads to Kanak to think about Baa and Bapuji. Kanak says she is most powerful here, so will do what she wants.
Gehna says power is not everything as relationships are more important. Kanak says money is more important and goes away. Later when she comes to have food she sees family sitting together and enjoying Gehna’s simple cooked food. She goes inside crying. Jigna asks what is wrong. Kanak tells her that the Desai family have nothing left but still, they are happy together. She says even she needs relationships. Jigna tells her to not be an emotional fool for the Desai family. Kanak decides to throw a lavish party to prove money is important.
Jagadish over video call discusses with Anant how will he arrange 10 crores. Gehna says they can give fake notes. Jagadish says it is risky as Kanak is very intelligent. Gehna says they would have finished their task before Kanak realised.
