The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Baa discussing how to celebrate Janmashtami with Tia and others. Anant comes and asks Radhika why she tampered with his laptop. Radhika says she didn’t as she was here the whole time. Baa agrees that Radhika was with them. Anant then asks Kanak about it. Kanak says she didn’t do it either. Gehna sees a timer ticking on the laptop and snatches it from Anant fearing it can blast. She tries to put it in water. Anant stops her asking what she is doing. Gehna says she saw time ticking and throws it on the ground. The man hiding reverses the count. Anant walks towards the laptop and it blasts. The man escapes, the whole family rush towards Anant.
Sapan checks Anant. Anant tells Gehna to not worry as it is just a small injury. Bapuji says someone did this to harm Anant. Gehna blames Radhika. Radhika says she wants to torture Anant slowly and not kill him at once. Anant calls his bosses and police. He tells them about the incident and asks them to remove him from the project as he doesn’t want to risk Nation’s security. The police ask if he suspects anyone of doing this. Anant says Radhika and Kanak. The police ask Radhika but they don’t find anything suspicious. They ask Kanak who dismisses her involvement.
The officer tells everyone that they will be under strict surveillance. The officers tell Anant that they will be removing him from the job but he will continue to work secretly. While leaving the officers run into Krishna when a gun drops from his pocket. All the officers surround him. He says it’s a fake gun so they check and leave. In the kitchen, Radhika angrily breaks a bowl and asks Gehna how dare she accused her of attack. Gehna twists her arm and tells her to clean the mess she created.
Radhika tries to leave but Gehna makes her clean it. Gehna tells Anant that if something would have happened to him in the blast she wouldn’t have been able to live. Anant says he can’t live without her as well. Gehna informs that tomorrow is Janmashtami and God gifts her something every year. She says this year she will ask for blessings for the family. Anant asks her if she likes the Janmashtami festival. Gehna excitedly says she loves Kanhaji. Anant thinks tomorrow he will express his feelings for Gehna.
