The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Anant asking Radhika how can she stoop so low. He says she has changed a lot. Radhika says that he has killed the old Radhika long back. And the one standing in front of him has come back to take revenge. She says she will take revenge by sending servant Gehna to jail. Anant warns her to not talk bad about his wife. He says he will protect Gehna at any cost. Radhika challenges him to save Gehna now. Anant goes and sees Gehna crying. She hugs him and says she doesn’t know how it all happened. She went into the storeroom to look for him. Anant says someone must have exchanged the sword. Gehna says she does not understand how she didn’t realise it was a real sword from its weight. Anant says it is not her fault as she has never held a real sword before.
The Activists of Women Organisation, Vimla informs the family that the police will handle the case now. Baa pleads them to not involve the police as they are a reputed family. Police arrive saying they got a complaint that Kanak Desai was attacked. Vimla asks who called them. Gehna says she did. The police ask them about who attacked Kanak. Krishna says he was the one who arranged the play and brought the props. He says Gehna didn’t know which sword was real and fake so they should arrest him. Gehna tells the Police to arrest her. Vimla says she is a women activist and had got a complaint that Kanak’s in-laws are torturing her. Their member Radhika lives with the family to keep an eye on them and she noticed a lot. She says they also saw Gehna stabbing Kanak. The doctor says Kanak has gained consciousness. Police says that Kanak’s statement will be final.
The police tell Kanak to reveal the truth without any fear. Radhika says she should reveal the truth or else she might be attacked again. Radhika says the Desai family are behind her and she should tell how Gehna took a chance to attack her. Kanak says she is right and should reveal the truth or else her life will be at risk. The Desai family get tensed. Kanak says that Genha attacked her but it was all part of the play. The police ask if she is sure as she was unconscious and there was blood at the scene. Kanak says she fainted because she didn’t eat anything since morning. She says the blood was tomato sauce and the whole scene was staged. Radhika says it’s not true as the sword was real and goes to bring the sword.
Radhika goes to the stage to get the sword. She picks the sword and thinks no one can save Gehna. She slips and the sword falls under the table. Radhika picks the fake sword and brings it to the police. The police check and says it’s fake. Radhika says it’s real and she showed it to Vimla as well. Vimla says she saw it from far and it looked the same. The police scold Radhika for accusing Gehna without checking. He asks Kanak about the complaints against her in-laws. She says currently she has no problems. Kanak thinks about how Anant requested her to not give a statement against Gehna and in return she will be a permanent member of the Desai family. Radhika gets angry that her plan failed.
