The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Hema and Kanak accepting that they made a mistake by helping Radhika separate Gehna and Anant. Gehna tells them to forget about everything and have dinner. After having dinner Gehna tells Hema and Kanak that Chetan and Pankaj were worried for them. Kanak says that she would have died if Pankaj left her. Hema says she won’t be able to live without her kids and husband. Gehna promises to keep their secret. They are thankful to Gehna for saving their lives. Gehna gets emotional. Radhika calls Kanak and asks for 24 lakhs in 24 hours. Gehna says that when there is a fight in family, an outsider takes advantage of them. But when they come together they can defeat the enemy. She tells them to not worry as she will help them arrange money. Anant comes clapping saying that Kanak and Hema took money from Radhika and they should arrange it themselves. He says that he won’t let Gehna be trapped in their drama. He takes Gehna with him and leaves.
Anant scolds Gehna and says that he won’t let Kanak and Hema misuse her. She says that they are family so they need help. Anant says that he doesn’t care and walks away. He goes to Hema and Kanak and tells them that they always insulted Gehna but today she fought with him to help them, he says they should not forget it. He says that he doesn’t want them to forget Gehna’s help. Kanak fumes that they have to take Gehna’s help to arrange money. Hema says that she has saved twenty thousand. Hema says they could have sold Kanak’s necklace if it was real. She says it is of real diamonds given to her by her mother so she won’t sell it.
Gehna comes and gives them a five lakh cheque. Hema says that they can’t accept as Anant doesn’t want her to help them. Gehna says that she will convince Anant. Kanak says what will they do about the rest 20 lakhs. Gehna says she will arrange it in the morning. In the morning Kanak gets a call from Radhika. Hema says that they should inform the family and apologize. Kanak says that they will be in more trouble. Gehna tells them to reach the location while she brings the money. Gehna prays to God to show her a way to help her bhabhis. Anant tells Gehna that she is helping Hema and Kanak but shouldn’t go overboard and get herself in trouble.
Kanak and Hema reach the location. Radhika asks them about the money, they say that Gehna is getting it. Radhika says if they weren’t able to arrange the money how will Gehna arrange it. She tells them to be ready to go to jail. Kanak says there are still 55 minutes left. Gehna goes to the modeling agency and says she is ready to do the ad for 25 lakhs. She signs the contract. She asks them if she could get the money in advance.
