The episode of Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 starts with Bapuji getting happy seeing Gehna’s pre-wedding arrangements.
Radhika comes to Bapuji and gives him medicine. Radhika tells Bapuji that she will be taking over Gehna’s responsibilities and will take care of Baa and Bapuji’s health. Radhika informs Bapuji that tomorrow he had a doctor’s appointment, but due to Gehna’s wedding, she shifted her appointment day after tomorrow.
Baa gets happy and says that she wants to meet Radhika’s parents, so that she can start their ritual pooja of engagement. Bapuji tells Baa that Radhika’s parents will be coming tomorrow.
Hema is doing all Mehndi arrangements. Hiral comes to Hema and shows her the fake jewellery. Hema says that they have to exchange the jewellery with Gehna’s original jewellery.
Radhika gets Gehna down for Mehendi. Tia smiles at Anant, and the lights go off.
The focus light falls on Anant.
Anant plays the mandolin and comes towards Radhika and proposes her for marriage.
Radhika gets emotional and says yes. Anant tells Radhika that usually, a guy proposes his girlfriend with a ring, but he is a desi guy, and he will write his name on Radhika’s hands. Anant writes A on Radhika’s hand with Mehendi.
Light gets on, and everyone claps for them. Sapan searches for Hiral. Tanu informs Sapan that she saw Hema and Hiral going towards Baa’s room. Sapan goes to search Hiral. Kanak thinks that if Sapan sees Hiral exchanging the jewellery, their plan will fail.
Kanak stops Sapan and says that she will get Hiral. Hema and Hiral exchange Gehna’s jewellery with a fake one and come out.
They hear Anant coming towards them and hides.
Anant is talking to Sunny on call and asks him to come home. Kanak hears Anant’s conversation and thinks of a plan.
Kanak asks Hema and Hiral to distract Anant with Sagar’s drama so that she can send Sunny away without meeting Anant.
Sagar creates a drama as Anant is not allowing him to do any work. Anant comes and allows Sagar to help as per Bapuji instructions.
Radhika talks to Anant and then goes to help Baa. Radhika slips and Gehna supports her by catching her hand. The letter A comes on Gehna’s hand too.
Later, Kanak sends Sunny a message saying that the marriage is cancelled. Anant comes from behind and asks who came to meet them.
